Tory Dandy Bio

Tory Dandy has been close to football his entire life. Tory’s experience as a college football
standout at South Carolina State University and Tusculum College allows him the ability to
relate to his clients both on and off the field. As an NFLPA agent, Tory is very passionate about
supporting his clients and their families both personally and professionally.

Tory obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Sports Management from Tusculum College in 2002. He earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University in 2004.

Tory is actively involved in the community where he tours numerous schools and churches
speaking to and positively encouraging youth. Tory also serves as a youth mentor of the CDC
Mentor Program of the Carolinas. In 2013, he established an annual scholarship, “The Tory
Dandy Educational Scholarship” for graduating seniors from his high school (Woodruff High) in
South Carolina.

Tory began his professional career in 2004 and was soon promoted to Director of Recruiting at
Synergy Sports. In 2006, Tory transitioned to Director of Recruiting with Maximum Sports with
veteran agents Eugene Parker and Roosevelt Barnes. In 2009, at the young age of 29 years old, Tory signed the #3 overall pick with client, Tyson Jackson.

Tory helped represent numerous clients while at Maximum Sports. After a very successful career at Maximum Sports, Tory joined the Relativity Sports Family in 2013. As a certified NFLPA agent, Tory is involved in all aspects of his clients’ representation with his primary focus being contract negotiation, client services, and pre-draft process. As of August 2020, Tory is now the Managing Partner/Co Head at CAA Football.

Yvonne W. Dixon Bio

Ms. Yvonne Waiters- Dixon is the director of health equity in the office of Health Equity with Novant Health. Yvonne’s overall 41-year career in healthcare expands across many systems and partnership experiences that include long term care, community medicine and wellness, community and veteran hospitals, home healthcare, hospice, and the department of health and human services. She joined Novant Health in 2000, and since her tenure, she has held a variety of roles, implemented, and led best practice innovative initiatives as an oncology lead nurse, diversity health careers coordinator, employee relations consultant, and Novant Health diversity, inclusion, and equity lead education facilitator. Ms. Dixon is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University with a BS in nursing, master’s in nursing and healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix and a Certificate in Diversity and Intercultural Competence from Wake Forest University. She is on faculty with the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine Novant Health Charlotte campus, and an alumnus of the Center for International Understanding at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Yvonne was presented with the National Medical Fellowship Diversity in Leadership Award acknowledging her lifelong service for addressing disparities in healthcare.

Yvonne has 2 adult children; one 10-month-old granddaughter who recharges her life daily, loves cooking, community service, travelling, and curating traditional fashion attire designs and art.

One of her favorite quote’s for addressing health equity issues and concern’s is from Ida B. Wells that states, “The way to right wrongs, is to turn the light of truth on them.”

ANDARRIO JOHNSONBio

Chef Andarrio Johnson is the owner and founder of Cuzzo’s Cuisine, AMJ Catering, and Kumelon Beverages, established in May 2004 in Columbia, South Carolina. Chef Andarrio is a South Carolina native, born and raised in Hampton County, SC and Hilton Head, SC. As a Johnson & Wales University graduate, Chef Andarrio specializes in Southern and French cuisines.

Fulfilling his dreams, he partnered with his cousin Anglee Brown to create Cuzzo’s Cuisine restaurants and food trucks in Charlotte, NC. Hence, the name Cuzzo’s Cuisine. Cuzzo is a common informal term used to describe cousins. Chef Andarrio has had numerous appearances on Bounce TV and WBTV Channel 3 News in Charlotte, NC. He has an extensive portfolio and has worked with various local and national celebrities.
When Chef Andarrio prepares wholesome cuisines, you feel and taste his passion for each dish. A few of Chef Andarrio’s specialty dishes include Shrimp & Grits, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and collard greens, to name a few.

When Chef Andarrio not creating and preparing delectable dishes, he dedicates time to Cuzzo’s Cuisine’s non-profit, which started in 2016, Culinary Connections. The organization addresses the needs of underserved youth by providing feeding, training, health, and nutrition education programs.

 

Damian and Jermaine Johnson Bio

Damian Johnson along side with his brother Jermaine Johnson founded No Grease! Inc. in 1997. A company dedicated to the hair and skin care business. However, their entrepreneurial journey began as early as junior high school when they founded the clothing and apparel company Blackness Inc. The clothing and accessories, which consisted of t-shirts, hats, jerseys, and much more were designed by Jermaine while Damian (a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University) focused on growing the company through sales and marketing. They continued to fill their duties while mastering the Tonsorial Arts (Barbering) in Buffalo, NY. Their formative business years served them well as No Grease! has 13 barbershops- including an exclusive men’s grooming lounge located at Spectrum Arena home of the Charlotte Hornets, No Grease Mosaic (JCSU Campus), No Grease Unlimited at Concord Mills Mall, No Grease at Carolina Place Mall, No Grease Sugarloaf was the first outside of North Carolina located in Georgia, No Grease Greensboro. No Grease also has 5 franchise locations at No Grease NorthLake Mall, No Grease Concord 2, No Grease Columbia SC and No Grease Columbiana Mall. The latest corporate location is Knights of the Razor by No Grease which is their first luxury expansion located in South Park Mall of Charlotte. Damian and Jermaine are also a managing partner of No Grease School of Tonsorial Art with 50 students enrolled. 

Today the Johnson brothers (better known as “The Twins”) have authored a book “Urbanpreneurship” and are sharing their knowledge, experience and story in a Motivational business seminar called Beauty/Barbernomics. No Grease has been featured numerous times in the Charlotte Observer, Pride Magazine, Charlotte Post, Charlotte Business Journal, Creative Loafing and have been the recipient of numerous awards for civic and community evolvement in Charlotte North Carolina including 2019 Center City Vision’s “Settlers Award”. In September 2017, No Grease! announced that they would be the 1st Black Barbershop Franchise in the U.S.A. and would be expanding nationally and globally. The founders were recently recognized by the citizens of their hometown Buffalo NY and the citizens of Charlotte both Mayors of the cities that are nickname “Queen City” proclaim a day (June 19th) named Damian and Jermaine Johnson/ No Grease! Day. Go figure! June 19,1865 the day the last remaining slaves in the state of Texas were informed about their Freedom hence JUNETEENTH. 150 years later we’re living the Freedoms of our ancestors

 Founded by former United States Army Field Artillery Officer and natural athlete Jeff Witherspoon. E2M Fitness is an eight-week, virtual weight loss-based program that helps adults develop the discipline to create a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
